Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

Oh, so NOW she cares about rules?

This is hilarious, considering that the Clintons have always lived above the rules.  From Breitbart:

It will take 2,025 delegates to secure the nomination at this summer’s national convention in. If Clinton and Obama continue to split delegates in elections, neither will reach the mark without support from the superdelegates.

That has the campaigns fighting over the proper role for superdelegates, who can support any candidate they want. Obama argues it would be unfair for them to go against the outcome of the primaries and caucuses.

“I think it is important, given how hard Senator Clinton and I have been working, that these primaries and caucuses count for something,” Obama said during Thursday night’s debate in Austin, Texas.

Clinton argues that superdelegates should exercise independent judgment.

“These are the rules that are followed, and you know, I think that it will sort itself out,” she said during the debate. “We will have a nominee, and we will have a unified Democratic Party, and we will go on to victory in November.”

Well, Hildebeast, the rules also said that FL and MI delegates were not to be seated, but since you’re losing right now (and you won those states’ popular vote), you’re trying to change the rules after the fact!  Yet you have the balls (figuratively, though a case could be made for literally) to whine about “following the rules”?  That’s some real chutzpah, b#tch.

Kick the Canuck

Back to the boardroom, folks.  In the meantime, if anyone feels like playing “Kick the Canuck” with a new moonbat my site attracted today, have at it (go through the comments…you’ll easily spot him):

Ted Kennedy sings a Spanish ditty for Osamabama

Here’s the video clip of the Bloviating Brandy-basted Blowhard from Boston.  Rumor has it that while searching for a song for his grand display of Hispandering, Kennedrunk looked into “Tequila”, “José Cuervo”, and “Two Piña Coladas”, but was denied.

Mary Jo Kopechne was unavailable for comment.

Security relaxed at Obama rally

I’m sure this is bound to whip the conspiracy nutjobs into a froth, but as much as I hate to say it, I do have to wonder what is going on here.  From Dallas:

Security details at Barack Obama’s rally Wednesday stopped screening people for weapons at the front gates more than an hour before the Democratic presidential candidate took the stage at Reunion Arena.

The order to put down the metal detectors and stop checking purses and laptop bags came as a surprise to several Dallas police officers who said they believed it was a lapse in security.

Dallas Deputy Police Chief T.W. Lawrence, head of the Police Department’s homeland security and special operations divisions, said the order — apparently made by the U.S. Secret Service — was meant to speed up the long lines outside and fill the arena’s vacant seats before Obama came on.

“Sure,” said Lawrence, when asked if he was concerned by the great number of people who had gotten into the building without being checked. But, he added, the turnout of more than 17,000 people seemed to be a “friendly crowd.”  (Oh, well THAT is different!  Sure, Ted Bundy seemed like a “friendly” fellow…when he wasn’t clubbing someone’s daughter and raping her corpse! – Ed.)

The Secret Service did not return a call from the Star-Telegram seeking comment.

Doors opened to the public at 10 a.m., and for the first hour security officers scanned each person who came in and checked their belongings in a process that kept movement of the long lines at a crawl. Then, about 11 a.m., an order came down to allow the people in without being checked.

Several Dallas police officers said it worried them that the arena was packed with people who got in without even a cursory inspection.

They spoke on condition of anonymity because, they said, the order was made by federal officials who were in charge of security at the event.

“How can you not be concerned in this day and age,” said one policeman.

Unlike the moonbats, I’m not going to shriek that it’s some kind of Rovian Bu$hitler McRummyburton plot to assassinate Osamabamadingdong.  But dude…is this normal?  What gives?

News bytes

Some quick news takes while I finish this assignment that “Th’ Man” gave me!

  • Sick dude gets arrested for boinking a Rottweiler.  That means I’ll be hearing less from one of my moonbat stalkers.
  • CBS News reports that Rove tried to “smear” a Dem governor by charges of infidelity.  However, Johnny Mac hears charges of infidelity, and the NYT is just “reporting” and not “smearing”!  Nope…no liberal media bias!
  • Speaking of Juan McAmnesty, he has played this smear job by the Old Gray Hag very well thus far.  The GOP base, many of whom are underwhelmed by McCain, are now rallying around the guy because of the transparent liberal agenda by the Hag.  Kudos, NYT, for helping McLame figure out a way to get the base behind him.
  • WSJ is reporting that Obama wins 65% of Democrats abroad…or, as we call them, “Euros”!
  • Am I the only one who didn’t know that J-Ho was pregnant, much less gave birth to twins?
  • I have to give the devil her due.  The Hildeb#tch delivered the best line of her debate with Barry O last night with this quip: “Change you can Xerox!”
