Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

DHS report on Islamic terrorism omits any reference to the “Islamic” part of it

If the bloodthirsty camelhumping jihadists don’t kill us, political correctness will.  Excerpt:

Two new documents laying out the Obama administration’s defense and homeland security strategy over the next four years describe the nation’s terrorist enemies in a number of ways but fail to mention the words Islam, Islamic or Islamist.

The 108-page Quadrennial Homeland Security Review, made public last week by the Department of Homeland Security, uses the term “terrorist” a total of 66 times, “al Qaeda” five times and “violent extremism” or “extremist” 14 times. It calls on the U.S. government to “actively engage communities across the United States” to “stop the spread of violent extremism.”

I guess if there’s any silver lining, it’s that the word “terrorism” is now used instead of “man-caused disaster”, so there’s that.

Nappy Napolitano is bound and determined to keep an eye on the Tea Partier type, while ignoring the type who attacked us on Sept. 11.  (Sidebar: For those of you on the left, feel free to Google “9/11/2001” if the date doesn’t ring a bell for you.  You’re welcome.)

  1. You know even though I didn’t like “Middle-of-the-Road” McCain, at least he warned the voters that if Nobama won then we would be at risk security wise.
That was one of the few things McCain got right.

  2. Nappy should have been FIRED a long time ago.
Unfortunately, I think the terrorists in Washington DC are more dangerous than the Islamic Jihadis.
