Liberalism: Why think when you can “feel”?

AP’s dishonest reporting…surprise, surprise

The AP ran a story parroting Rahm’s concerns of a GOP takeover of the House this November.  Like Rahm, the AP is scared shiiteless.  How else to explain this:

WASHINGTON (AP) – President Barack Obama’s chief of staff is warning about what might happen if Republicans—who have defended BP over the Gulf oil spill—were to run Congress after the fall election.

Rahm Emanuel says the GOP philosophy is to paint BP as the victim. He says Obama will make clear to voters the fundamental differences in how each party would govern.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?  You have ONE Congressman from Texas who boneheadedly apologizes to BP, his colleagues rain hell down on him afterwards, yet ONE guy getting rebuked by ALL of his peers constitutes the party’s defense of BP?  When they say “Republicans“, doesn’t that imply “plural”, i.e. more than Joe Barton?  Rahm the Ballerina can say that defending BP is “GOP philosophy”, and we can dismiss it as the the partisan rhetoric and lies we’ve come to expect from his kind.  But one would think the AP would avoid such “opinion as indisputable fact” tactics!  Aw, who am I kidding?  No one would think the AP would avoid that!

Nope…no liberal media bias!

  1. I have a feeling that by November, there are going to be a lot of folks smacking their foreheads with their palms and saying “Damn….Joe Barton was right!”

  2. Ummm, has anyone ran the story (newsmedia) about how Rahm lived in a penthouse suite funded by, oh yeah, an oil company named BP. I say we keep letting him and AP talk and report all they want, then when the truth comes out, it will be sooo much more entertaining.

  3. Truth come out? Not if the AP has anything to say about it…
