San Fran tackles pressing issue of the day: banning goldfish

San Fransicko.  Nuff said:

First kittens, then puppies and hamsters and now goldfish?

San Francisco’s Animal Control and Welfare Commission is recommending that the City ban the sale of goldfish, tropical fish and guppies in its borders, according to Matier and Ross.

The recommendation to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors is part of the commission’s ongoing efforts to discourage “impulse buys” of animals. …

I’m guessing there won’t be any bans on gerbils anytime soon in San Franfreakshow.  Just sayin’…

  1. 😆 Hahaha I don’t think Richard Gere lives in San Francisco. They should ban feeder mice. They give me the heebies.

  2. OMG. The Queen city of the left coast is at it again. Those folks are absolutely nuts, certifiably crazy. Goldfish, etc. is really important issue for the government to be involved in. Now if they would outlaw rats, which are a rising problem in that city, they could set up vigilante groups to hunt them down. A useful thing to do.
What a bunch of fools. So glad I don’t live there. Certainly won’t visit.
    Stupid liberals.

Not if San Fran bans gerbils, he doesn’t! 😆

    Heh.

Those flying roaches will send me for the door every time. Snakes, spiders, scorpions, wasps, bees? No big whoop. Cockroach? Get the heck outta my way. And if it takes to the air, I will abandon all pretense of civility and run over whomever is in my way in order to escape that damnable creature. 😀
