Occupy Wall Street miscreants stunned to find thieves in their midst
Let’s see: a bunch of losers who have been demanding handouts stolen by government from the producers and given to non-producers are all of a sudden big proponents of private property? Fascinating. So what has brought about this about face? This:
Occupy Wall Street protesters said yesterday that packs of brazen crooks within their ranks have been robbing their fellow demonstrators blind, making off with pricey cameras, phones and laptops — and even a hefty bundle of donated cash and food.
“Stealing is our biggest problem at the moment,” said Nan Terrie, 18, a kitchen and legal-team volunteer from Fort Lauderdale.
“I had my Mac stolen — that was like $5,500. Every night, something else is gone. Last night, our entire [kitchen] budget for the day was stolen, so the first thing I had to do was . . . get the message out to our supporters that we needed food!”
Crafty cat burglars sneaked into the makeshift kitchen at Zuccotti Park overnight and swiped as much as $2,500 in donated greenbacks from right under the noses of volunteers who’d fallen asleep after a long day whipping up meals for the hundreds of hungry protesters, the volunteers said.
Evil corporations make their gadgets, so think of the thieves as doing the non-bathing Marxists a favor by lifting their gadgets from them.
I’m guessing the irony of their outrage to theft while advocating government theft will be lost on them.

Theft? No way not on the Occupy Movement that wants nothing more than the government to steal people’s money and give it to them. Wealth Redistribution works in mysterious ways.

I’m guessing the irony of their outrage to theft while advocating government theft will be lost on them.
I’m guessing that too.

Rather poetic.

Kind of painting everyone with a broad brush there, aren’t you? And why is rolling back the Bush tax cuts “theft”? C’mon – you must know some unemployed people that are good, hard working people not looking for handouts and desperately looking.

Yeah, where would I get such a crazy idea?

Yes, rolling back the Bush era taxcuts IS theft, because it makes the government the one that decides exactly how much of a person’s property (earned money) that person will be allowed to keep! And the OWS tools have painted THEMSELVES with a broad, yet false, brush claiming to be the 99%. Thats the broadest brush Ive ever seen!
How ironic that an 18 yr old has a $5500 Macbook when so many others DONT have one! By OWS philosophy, she SHOULD have someone take it away and give it to someone else who did not earn it (of course, I doubt she earned it)…hmm…someone else determining that she should not keep her rightful property and taking it from her…welcome to TAXATION sweetie!!!!!!

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.
“Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage.”
Alexander Tytler
